Ruben had to shave for a picture for their mission papers to go in. He did it at our house and the kids got to help.

that is exactly what I thought. Please grow it back, please grow it back. I remember about 15 years ago when I was thinking. Please shave it off, please shave it off.
Were there any tears? I might have shed one or two had I been there. Ruben you look great! But if in the future you want to grow it back, that's okay too:)
Wow, I do remember when he was an almost clean-shaven fireman (he did have a moustache)- this is just too crazy...I can't handle it.
Ruben it looks great. I'll do my best to fill in the facial hair shoes in your absence.

I really had to take a second (and third) look! Can't they change the standards just this once and allow a beard? Maybe we can make his beard into a wig-it was long enough.
