Gordon B. Hinckley, president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints passed away January 27th, 2008. His funeral services were held on Saturday, Feb. 2nd. Jason, Nick and I were able to attend with my mom and some friends. The services were beautiful and there was not a dry eye to be found in the conference center.
The new church president is Thomas S. Monson with counselors Henry B. Erying & Dieter F. Uchtdorf.

I'm jealous that you guys got to go to this. It must've been amazing- because Pres. Hinckley was amazing. I miss him already.
What a cool experience, can you only imagine his reception on the other side??! Heidi, thanks for sending pictures a few days ago, I meant to write back but forgot. You took some really cute ones.
