Fiesta Salsa Chicken

Recipe from Marci

Marinade: Equal parts; Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce and Worchestershire Sauce. Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper and Garlic Salt. Marinate chicken for as long as you want- do not discard marinade- you will use it to baste chicken as it cooks.

Grill chicken over medium heat. Baste frequently.

Salsa: 2 Avocados (diced)
1 pkg. Frozen Corn- spread on cookie sheet to thaw- then broil until golden brown
2 Tomatoes (medium- large, diced)
1 can Black Beans (rinsed & drained)
1 Red Onion (medium- diced)
1/2 bunch Cilantro (chopped)
3-4 Green Onions (chopped)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Toss gently. Squeeze 3 limes over the top & cool in fridge. It tastes best if allowed to sit for awhile so the flavors can combine.

Grill chicken and top with a generous helping of salsa- sooo yummy!!
